The Study in Uganda (SIU) Programme is designed to make your admission and relocation journey structured, transparent, and secure—from first contact to your first day on campus.

Eligibility

  • Completed secondary education (for undergraduate applicants).
  • Recognised bachelor’s degree (for master’s applicants).
  • Valid passport.
  • Academic documents that can be verified.
  • Ability to meet tuition and living requirements.

Some universities or programmes may have additional criteria. During your consultation, we help you match your profile to institutions where you are most competitive.

  2. Receive a consultation to choose suitable programmes and institutions.
  3. Prepare and submit your academic documents.
  4. Document verification and authentication.
  5. University application submission and follow-up.
  6. Receive your admission letter.
  7. Complete visa processes.
  8. Travel arrangements and pre-arrival guidance.
  9. Arrival at the airport, settlement, and integration into student life.
